Return & Refund Policy

At Clark Prestige Wear Corp, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Conditions

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items on "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at CLARKPRESTIGEWEARCORP@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and include the proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

4. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective or incorrect item), Clark Prestige Wear Corp will cover all shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please send us an email at CLARKPRESTIGEWEARCORP@proton.me
