  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (2–3 business days).

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 USD.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note the following for international orders:

  • Delivery Time: Usually between 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Clark Prestige Wear Corp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your items.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at CLARKPRESTIGEWEARCORP@proton.me. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Clark Prestige Wear Corp is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
